- 01/Challenge
- A landmark mixed-use twin-tower concept needed to be communicated as more than an expressive skyline idea. The project story had to connect architectural movement, podium activation, residential and hotel uses, wellness amenities, public realm, and long-term buildability into a coherent delivery narrative.
- 02/Intervention
- Framed the scheme through EverythingPM's integrated delivery lens, linking architectural form with 3D BIM readiness, constructability, 4D sequencing, logistics strategy, 5D cost intelligence, procurement thinking, and project controls so every curve, floor plate, podium element, and façade move could be understood as both design intent and delivery challenge.
- 03/Outcome
- Positioned the Dancing Twin Towers as a premium example of architecture meeting delivery intelligence: a recognizable Manchester skyline concept supported by clearer thinking around buildability, sequencing, commercial visibility, public-realm activation, and stakeholder decision-making.

What This Demonstrates
Clearer project intelligence conversations.
The value of these anonymised studies is not confidential project detail. It is the approach: turning design information, construction logic, logistics constraints, commercial impact, and delivery risk into clearer stakeholder decisions.
Clearer design and sequence communication
Better project intelligence conversations
More confident stakeholder review
